Years of learning, weekends at seminars, endless practice, competition after competition… and then a client chooses based on a few photos and a price. Everything you've put in stays hidden.
A verified GroomerMap level changes that. You show your experience, seminars or competition results, we check them, and you get a badge on your profile, in search and on the map, plus a certificate anyone can verify by its number. Nobody can give it to themselves – that's why clients trust it.
Checked within 14 days. If your application isn't approved, you get every euro back.
Levels and requirements

Work photos: hand-stripping, pure breeds (scissored coat), spaniels and setters, poodles. At least 2 dogs per category, a before and after photo of the same dog. You can apply for level 2 or higher straight away.

Choose a level in your account
The Verified level section shows which levels you can apply for and what you need for each.

Upload your documents
Certificates, proof of experience, results lists and work photos go straight into the application. Only GroomerMap sees them.

Pay for the verification
Paid by card in advance. If we decline the application, you get the full fee back.

Get the result within 14 days
If something's missing, we'll ask you once to add it. Once approved, you get the certificate by email and the badge appears on your profile straight away.

With a yearly Professional or Educator plan (or monthly after 3 paid months), you pay half. Not during the free trial.
The honorary Judge level is free.
Good to know
- Levels 1–4 are valid for 2 years, the honorary Judge level permanently. Renewal costs less.
- If you cancel your plan, you keep your level.
- We revoke levels obtained with false documents, and the fee is not refunded.
- GroomerMap levels are not a state-recognised qualification. They show that the documents met our criteria.
- You pay for the document check, not for the level. If the documents don't meet the criteria, we decline the application and refund the full fee.
- All courses and seminars carry equal weight, whoever runs them – including Grooming Academy, which is run by GroomerMap's founder.
